Every project at amk STUDIO is developed by multiple designers. We have found that to generate the best dialogue with our clients about the ideal direction to take a project, we must first present a minimum of two design solutions at initial design meetings. Typically one scheme will be a purely functional and efficient layout or the “no frills” approach. Additional schemes will bring the design to the next level, taking full advantage of the unique program, aesthetics and spatial conditions of the project. For us, this is part of our due diligence process, to study multiple avenues and options in a design to be sure that our clients understand the full amazing potential in a project, before they settle on any one design solution.
