At amk STUDIO, we have a wealth of experience in master planned communities, multifamily projects, tract and custom homes, as well as residential remodels and additions. We know what it takes to keep a national builder on target with fast paced project schedules and tight budgets, while developing a reputation for reliability and high quality construction documents. We also, have broad understanding and experience in design, construction and project management enabling us to lead projects seamlessly from conception, through the design process to construction, making the resulting design solutions efficient and cost effective. 

When it comes to designing beautiful homes and successful communities for today’s home buyers, we also know what the current market and lifestyles demand. Our design talents have only been sharpened and we’ve stretched our creative wings by working directly with homeowners on many custom homes, residential additions/remodels and commercial projects of late. The insights we have gained and continue to learn on these types of projects are invaluable to a builder. They have taken us to the next level of creativity and versatility, making us well suited for more challenging infill and mixed use projects.

Today’s projects and their budgets aren’t as cut and dry as they used to be, so being innovative is key...which is fine with us, since we welcome the challenge that come with an odd-sized lot, neighborhood concerns/“NIMBY” issues, and special conditions or circumstances that accompany every infill project.
