With our vast experience in production housing, love for excellent design and approach to keeping things elegant, while sustainable and efficient, working with this developer was as synergistic as it gets on this golf course adject community.

The planning, plotting and design of three distinct homes, with three elevation styles, on 55 hillside lots was one part of this challenge. The second part was to keep the construction costs of this community affordable, given the sustainable green and energy code requirements by the State of California. The thoroughness of our construction documents coupled with our seamless communication helped to minimize headaches for this builder, while some winning floor plans and timely eclectic designs achieved record time sell-out for this community.
